By accessing the Pulse website, mobile app or charging services you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines shared with you during service onboarding.

• Pulse Station Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months for the impacted service.
• Third-party services accessed via Pulse are governed by their respective terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud or to protect the network.

• Users can request account closure at any time; Pulse Station Private Limited may retain data as required by law.
• Outstanding charges remain payable upon termination and refunds are not guaranteed.
• Certain clauses (intellectual property, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

Pulse Station Private Limited integrates with payment gateways, identity providers and other partners. Their privacy policies and terms apply when you interact with their services.

We ensure partners meet stringent security standards, but encourage you to review their documentation for complete transparency.

You agree to indemnify Pulse Station Private Limited, its affiliates and employees from claims arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
