Pulse collaborates with specialized logistics partners to deliver EV charging hardware safely and efficiently across India. Each shipment is inspected, documented and prepared for turnkey installation.
- Processing starts after payment confirmation or purchase order acceptance.
- Standard dispatch for stocked chargers: 1–7 business days.
- Custom builds or large deployments receive bespoke timelines communicated upfront.
- Proactive updates are provided during preparation, dispatch and transit.
We support nationwide deliveries through multiple logistics modes:
- Door-to-site deliveries across metros, tier-2 cities and industrial corridors.
- Heavy-duty DC chargers are palletized with protective packaging and tracked via GPS.
- Coordinated offloading, crane support and timed slots aligned with your project schedule.
Shipping fees depend on weight, volume, destination and on-site services required.
- Comprehensive transit insurance covers all Pulse shipments.
- Storage, special handling or onsite waiting charges are shared in advance if applicable.
- Customers arranging self-logistics can coordinate pickup slots with our operations team.
- Inspect shipments on arrival and note discrepancies on the delivery docket.
- Report damages to Pulse within 24 hours with supporting photos for quick resolution.
- Retain original packaging until commissioning in case returns or replacements are required.
Tracking IDs and a dedicated logistics contact are shared once consignments leave our warehouse. Our support desk is available 24/7 for mission-critical deliveries.
In case of delays due to force majeure or regulatory checks, we coordinate revised timelines and mitigation plans promptly.
